Claims for refunds must be made within 4 weeks of the Protxransaction via www.lufbra.net, any payment will be at the discretion of LSU.  Enquiries regarding refunds should be made in the first case to the Student Activities Officer (studentactivities@lborosu.org.uk) for Union Clubs and Societies or the Athletic Union President (au@lborosu.org.uk) for AU Clubs. Any further queries please contact the Vice President Finance and Commercial Services (vpfinance@lborosu.org.uk)
LSU reserves the right to refund any product and remove membership where applicable or request change in membership type where purchaser doesn't fulfil the correct criteria.

 

For LSU Trips

Buy purchasing a ticket on an LSU Trip, you agree to the Terms and Conditions

Graduation Ball 2011
All refunds are at the discretion of the LSU Venue Department, their decision is final.
No refunds after 17th June 2011 on all food tickets 

 

Platinum, Platinum/ Returners Extra
All refunds are at the discretion of the LSU Venue Department, their decision is final.
No refunds after 17th October 2011

Tickets are transferable please email evo@lufbra.net for more information, this service may be subject to an administration charge.

For all other Online Transactions. (Event tickets and clothing)
Claims for refunds must be made within 4 weeks of the transaction via www.lufbra.net, any payment will be at the discretion of LSU and may be subject to an administration charge. 

LSU reserves the right to refuse admission to or to require to leave the premises (without providing a refund) anyone:-

  1. where there might be a risk to the safety of others if we do not (re building capacity)
  2. who appears to be intoxicated and/or is behaving in an antisocial way. Please note that CCTV is in operation for the purposes of crime prevention and public safety
  3. who is smoking on the premises

  • LSU reserves the right to add to or amend these terms from time to time. Amendments will take effect when posted on the Website. Please check the Website's "Terms and Conditions" section regularly for changes. If you purchase a via the Website after any amendment to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the updated version of these Terms.
