Loughborough Students Union prides itself on providing great events for our students. These are a few of the main events throughout the year; each is extremely popular with the students and has a high turn out.
 
These events offer numerous advertising opportunities including branding on all the publicity leading up to the event supported by advertising in Label magazine, LCR radio and LSU TV. Each offers a number of individual advertising possibilities, please do not hesitate to get in contact to discuss the options further.
 
 

End of Term Parties - Christmas, Easter and Summer.
Estimated attendance 2,500
Hosted by Rag these nights are a ticket only occasion.
Free Fest - May bank holiday 12pm-10pm
Estimated attendance 3,500
Free music festival staged outside the Union building and encourages a large number of students in to the Union building on one day. Giving the opportunity for full sponsorship and/or attending with exhibition space on the day.
Athletic Union Dinner - May/June
500 members of the Athletic Union attending their annual dinner. Opportunity to have a table at the event to include giving a short talk.
Student Elections - February /March
Exposure to reach an estimated 18,000 students over a period of 3 days. The results are announced on the Wednesday evening running in to ‘Hey Ewe’ in the evening.
Rag week - End of October
Week long event involving all student halls raising money for local charities. A large number of activities are organised throughout the week during the day and night
Graduate Ball - July
High profile ball, attended by up to 3,000 graduates, there is the chance to place an advert in the programme, and brand items like photograph covers and balloons.
