Telford Hall

Telford hall is the BEST hall by far situated right in the centre of the student village. Telford is a self catered hall therefore which means firstly; no set meal times and secondly; no need to put up with school dinners, you can eat what you want and when you want. Telford is one of the smallest halls on campus yet has the best family feel and I am positive that you will make friends for life from the minute you arrive. Everyone knows everyone in Telford therefore we all look out for one another and our hall spirit, although there are less of us compared to other halls is best bar none!

The rooms have a cosy and homely feel therefore you will feel right at home from the second you step foot on Telford soil. Our common room has recently been refurbished with a brand spanking new cinema LCD television to watch movies and sport on at anytime day or night. We are also lucky enough to have our own grassy picturesque quad which is fantastic during the summer time as we usually put on barbeques, play games and rent bouncy castles so we all get to be a kid again for the day.

On the Social scene we have numerous events coming up and recently went to Gatecrasher in Birmingham which was an Immense night for one and all.

Sport IMS is always great fun and we always give anyone and everyone a go at whatever they wish to get involved with. The crowds of supporters for Telford are without doubt the loudest and have the funniest bant out of all the other halls put together, we ALWAYS keep the Telford spirit going till the bitter end as thats how us Telfordians role!

Rag is definitley our forte and we have won numerous awards for raising money in past years. We always have awesome day trips and weekends away lined up to so there's always something to get involved with.

Action is always fun to get involved with and there are always good perks for taking part and giving up your spare time for a good cause.

Telford is not called the BEST hall on campus for nothing. If you are considering telford as your chosen hall for the coming year I advise you to decide fast as Telford is always the first hall to be booked up and this is by no means a coincidence. If you pick Telford as your hall for next year I assure you that it will be one of the best years of your entire lives, do the right thing and go for Telford, I assure that you will not be disappointed. We look forward to meeting all you lucky people in Freshers week.
