Performance 7s

Guys,

Well done Tuesday night in the 7s trials. Our strength in depth will be a massive asset for us as we go to 7 tournaments fielding 2 teams.

There will be 2 squads (Alex will post about a Squad2 7s training)

There will be training on MONDAY 23rd APRIL from which the guys will be split into PERFORMANCE and SQUAD1 groups. Training calender to follow.

• Rosslyn Park Floodlit 7s - 3rd May
• BUCS 7s - 12th May
• Manchester 7s - 20th May
• Rugby Rocks London 7s - 26th May
• Bournemouth International Invitation 7s - 2nd & 3rd June

Squad1 - 

• Stoneygate 7s - 5th May
• Ashby 7s - 12th May

Guys with affiliations to other 7s teams will be asked to make themselves available to LSRFC as we drive to create a brand that will mean us winning these prestigious tournaments!!
