If you are not in Loughborough go to www.rfu.com/playerregistrations download version 19, fill in your parts and scan or fax it to me (a.c.laybourne@lboro.ac.uk, fax: 01509 226126). If you are in Loughborough you can do so in the office.
I will not be chasing players up from now on, if you don't get me your forms you will not be registered to play for the league side and therefore cannot play for them until I recieve the forms.
