Hi girls
I just wanted to say massive well done and a huge thank you for all of your hard work this season. It has been great to work with such a motivated and enthusiastic group of young people.
As you know I am not coaching you next season. The past four years have been extreamly enjoyable and have been a great experience. I have learnt a lot from all of you and the experiences I have had will help me in all of my future work and coaching, and for that I cannot thank you all enough. I would like to wish you good luck for next season and beyond, the players coming through are more than good enough to help you push on to Twickenham if you continue to work as hard as you have this season, and I will be behind you the whole way! And for the leavers good luck with your careers, rugby and professionally, Again you can all go as far as you want if you hold on to the motivation you have had this season and keep working hard. Also for many leavers you have had to endure my coaching for a number of years, so thanks for sticking at it and I hope it helped!
I will continue to work with some of you on the boost programme and when you are selling programmes next year and I am sure I will see you out and about never the less.
