I'm Lucy Padolsey and I’m your Vice President: Finance and Commercial Services.  I'm involved with:


- The Unions Finances, including setting and monitoring the budget and upholding the unions Financial Strategy,
- Commercial Departments and their Commercial Strategies. This applies to Bars, Ents, Catering, Shops, Marketing and Commercial Media,
- The planning and implementation of Capital   Projects, such as the Piazza Refurbishment.

- Enforcing the Unions Discipline Procedure,

- Chairing the Ethical and Environmental development committee.

    Very small report as was at NUSSL conference for a week and then Holiday

     

     

    Important areas of work;

     

    Revise and expand the union’s safe environment policy

     

    Increase student input into commercial services

    ·        Freefest auditions

    ·        Created a  logistical timetable for the day

     

     

    Ensuring the stability of the unions finances

    ·        March management accounts released

     

    Ensuring that the building continues to restructure it self for all its members and staff’s needs

    ·        The lawn and starbucks looks grand

     

    Better integration and exit strategies for hall committees
