Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees are ultimately responsible for directing the Union having consulted Union Council when appropriate. They:

• * set the strategy *
  * oversee the finances *
  * monitor how well the Union is doing *
  * delegate to Executives and managers *
  * are responsible for perfomance of the Executive and
  Union senior management *
  * ensure everything runs legally and properly*
