What can I do at the Students’ Union as a College Student?
All Loughborough College students are as much members of the Students’ Union as University students.
This means you can:
Loughborough Students Athletic Union is probably THE major force in student sport having won the British Universities and Colleges overall for the last 30 years.
Rag offers you the opportunity to raise money for charity though collections, sponsorship or just helping out. Every year Loughborough Rag raises over £1m.
Students putting something back into the community and helping others, a great way help others and help your self.
The Societies Federation represents over 60 clubs and societies catering for a wide variety of activities, and, if you can’t find one to suit you, they even help you set up your own.
Loughborough students’ media provides the opportunity to work in a magazine, radio or TV station providing a real chance of securing employment in Media.
The Students’ Union runs a regular entertainments programme and one off concerts.
College students are eligible through their membership of Loughborough Students’ Union to get a NUS Extra Card, and enjoy serious discounts on major high street brands.
