Welcome to Loughborough Students Taekwon-Do.

The club was formed in 1995 by Mr. Darren Holmes (IV Degree) and Mr. Andy Holmes.
Mr. Andy Holmes (IV Degree) is the chief instructor over a team of Black belts.

We welcome people of all abilities and experiences. LSU Taekwon-Do practices the ITF style of Taekwon-Do and are part of one of the largest and best established independent groups, the Global Taekwon-Do UK organisation. The club also organised and hosted the first ever BUSA Taekwon-Do event.

Training times for this academic year (08/09) are below:
Mondays
Taekwon-do centre
Beginners: 8 - 9pm
Seniors: 9 - 10pm

Wednesdays
Badminton/Netball Centre - Netball courts
All together: 8 - 10pm

Thursdays
Taekwon-do Centre
Open to everyone to practice:
6 - 8pm

Sundays
Taekwon-do Centre
Open to everyone- (fitness & Sparring):
Squad Training 3 - 5pm
