Hour of Power is a music choreographed fitness class that incorporates dumbbell weights to give an all body workout, promoting both cardiovascular and muscular conditioning. It is ideal for people of all ages and fitness levels.
Hour of Power combines the mental focus and breathing of Yoga, the core muscle development of Pilates, the high-energy fat-burning of Aerobics and the muscle toning of Body Pump. Hour of Power will allow you to achieve a high level of total-body fitness in a very short space of time, typically 1 to 2 hours a week. It is one of the few fitness classes that is equally attended by men and women, and all levels of fitness from elite athlete to complete beginner, because the intensity is determined entirely by the weights you choose to use.
