Welcome to Loughborough Students Athletics Club
LSAC compete in the XC, indoor & outdoor athletics BUCS championships and having place highly in the Womens XC, and winning the Mens and Womens indoor and outdoor competitions in the last 12 months! We also travel to many XC races during the winter and host several athletic meets throughout the year, including the prestigious Loughborough International.
The Club has several training groups who often train on weeknights 6.00pm until 8.30pm, Saturdays and Sundays 10.30am until 1pm.
Sprinters, Hurdlers, Throwers, Jumpers, Middle and Long Distance Athletes of all abilities are catered for and we have the privilege of access to some of the greatest facilities in the country. We also have a number of disability athletes in various events.
We also host numerous socials throughout the year, where you will have the opportunity to make plenty of new friends. Look out for details of the Freshers Day, Winter Ball, a number of pub quizzes, BBQ's, the annual Jaffa Cake Contests and much much more!
If you have dedication, determination and you want to better yourself as an athlete then LSAC is the right club for you. Not everybody is a GB International, even though there are a lot here. We pride ourselves on catering for all abilities and interests so please feel free to come and see us at the Freshers Bazaar or at HiPac on the 11th October at 6pm.
