Jiu Jitsu

Hello!
Thanks for visiting our site and showing an interest in our martial art where minimum effort produces maximum fun.
For those of you that don't know much about Jitsu; it is a form of the traditional martial art, Jiu Jitsu, used by the Samurai warriors in feudal Japan. The art comprises of throws, joint locks, strikes and the central principle of these techniques is to use an attacker's energy against them, whatever the sex, size, age, or strength of the individual. Jitsu can transform an aggressive situation to your advantage.
Not only offering self-defence against armed or unarmed attacks, joining Jitsu can develop you physically and mentally; improving, posture, strength, fitness, co-ordination, flexibility, self-assurance and confidence.
Our calendar is jam-packed with socials, hosting a variety almost every week ranging from bar crawls to paint-balling, there will plenty of times to remember, on and off the mat!
Whether serious about reaching a higher grade or a complete novice with no martial art experience, we can cater to your needs. Come down for a free taster session, just sit and watch, or meet us in the JC's after training; but whatever you do, don't miss out!
