Most embarrassing moment?
Of recent: Whilst on a run I decide to overtake a family of cyclists (mum, dad, young boy and girl) by hopping over the knee high fence that lines the path and running alongside through a flower bed. The mum starts shouting, so I speed up, and as I try to hop back over the fence and onto the path I catch my inside foot. The result is I go crashing/rolling into their path, narrowly miss kicking the girl off her bike, and causing all of them to stop. Other cyclists coming the other way also have to brake suddenly and one of them runs into my leg. To add to this friction burn I have also cut a knee and elbow. As the girl starts crying at the sight of blood, the dad asks me "Are you alright?" and the worst part is I didn't even say sorry. All I managed was "haha, bit too keen" before running off very quickly and without looking back. Very shameful and embarrassing.
