Enterprise is an initiative aimed primarily at 14 – 16 year old students which seeks to make them more employable. Students engage in activities to encourage innovation and improve their problem solving and economic skills. Activities available to volunteers are diverse ranging from cake making to pole climbing, running mock interviews (not quite apprentice style!) and helping students run a business venture; all over as little as one day! Your commitment is to attend the training prior to the event and then to turn up on the day, have fun, facilitate activities and support and engage the students.
