Running Action works with people who have mild mental health problems working on the premise that exercise is a good tool in helping combat depression. Volunteers can either run in a group with participants or can be individually paired with a more sensitive person. The distance you run, and how often you run, is up to you and the participant. Not only does this brighten up the day of a depressed person, but you get fit at the same time.
